As of now writing, Mad Cow has to admit that this book has completely failed, and there is no chance of getting it up again.

So no matter how reluctant or unwilling you are, it’s only time to give up.

The monthly manuscript fee is not even enough to cover electricity bills and cigarette money, let alone living expenses.

In this case, Mad Cow really couldn't hold on.
